Anika Noni Rose is an American singer-actress. Most famous is her part as Tiana as the Princess, and The Frog's African American Princess. The year 2011, Rose was honored as one of the Disney Legend. She is best known for portraying Tiana Disney's first princess of African descent as she appeared in The Princess and the Frog (2009). She was designated an official Disney Legend in 2011.
